Radnor High School-LM Pep Rally
Student-Driven Production | 15+ Year Partnership
Over the past 15+ years, the Radnor High School Pep Rally has evolved from a school tradition into a fully produced, high-energy live event—designed with intention, technical precision, and a focus on student involvement.
At its core is both design and execution—taking an empty gymnasium and transforming it into a themed, immersive experience. Each year begins with a concept that drives the entire production, shaping how the event looks, feels, and flows from start to finish.
What was once a simple assembly is now widely recognized as a highlight of the student experience, bringing the entire school together in a moment of shared energy and participation.
The show itself is built as a cohesive production—typically featuring 12 student performances, 2 teacher performances, and school-wide recognition moments—all aligned into a single, well-paced program.
Our approach combines creative direction with broadcast-ready execution:
Lighting designed for both live and camera, balancing high-energy looks for performances with clean, consistent front light for video
Timecode-based programming to synchronize lighting and music-driven segments with precision
Audio systems built for impact, delivering clarity for announcements while maintaining the energy of performance tracks
Dedicated broadcast mix to ensure a polished, balanced experience online
This production is also built with budget awareness in mind.
Funded through student-led initiatives like t-shirt sales and homecoming dance tickets, the technical approach is designed to serve both the pep rally and the homecoming dance—maximizing impact while making efficient use of available resources.
What sets this event apart is the level of student collaboration.
Participation is open and encouraged—giving anyone interested the opportunity to be involved, perform, or contribute behind the scenes. Students gain hands-on experience with timing, cue structure, and show flow, working within a real-world production environment.
We support this through ongoing coaching and collaboration, helping align multiple acts and performers into a unified experience that feels intentional from beginning to end.
For Scott, this work is personal.
This is where his interest in the industry first began. More than a decade later, that connection continues through active involvement and mentorship—supporting the next generation as they step into the same roles.
The result is an event that is immersive, inclusive, and consistently evolving—backed by over 15 years of experience and a clear focus:
transform the space, elevate the experience, and create something students remember long after they graduate.
Production Alumni Legacy:
This event has served as a starting point not only for Scott, but for many students who have gone on to work in live event production, theater, and media.
Today, many of those individuals are professional peers—continuing to contribute to the industry at a high level.
