Every meeting has different needs. We build the production plan around the venue, audience, presentation format, schedule, and goals of the program rather than forcing every event into the same package.
Support can include professional audio systems, wireless microphones, presentation playback, projection and displays, confidence monitors, speaker timers, cameras, recording, lighting, staging, and on-site technical support.
We also help coordinate the details that happen before show day, including room layouts, power, presenter needs, content, venue requirements, vendor responsibilities, and load-in logistics.
